Harvard Pilgrim Health Care subscribers are eligible to receive a $500 benefit per year 1 member per household for a health club membership that is payable to a selected participating health club. This membership is apart of the Harvard Pilgrim Wellness Connection.

Visit the Harvard Pilgrim Wellness Connection website. Look for approved fitness facility near you. Before joining an approved fitness facility, call Harvard Pilgrim and verify your eligbility. Don't see the a facility you want? Contact Human Resources to help with other options. Now- go get active!
