If fitness is what you are looking to get into this year, you don’t need to look any further than the UNH campus. January 12-16, Employee Get Fit Week will be at Hamel Rec Center. UNH employees can use the facility for free all week to try out classes, use the racquetball, track or basketball courts. During February, join other employees during the Healthy UNH Outdoors. Snowshoeing and cross country skiing outings are being offered along with equipment and lessons. If you enjoyed the Wildcat Workout Project or were hoping to try it for the first time, this group class will be continuing another semester. And don’t forget the Swasey pool! It is available for employees who are looking for a different workout. Learn the benefits of swimming and the Swasey pool here.
