That means about 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week of activity that keeps your heart rate elevated.

Other great activities would be to go for a nature walk or hike a mountain. Walking is a fool proof way of ensuring that you get your 30 minutes of daily exercise in, even with the busiest schedule.So go ahead and get walking!
