Great read
I love this article. This is a topic that I have been confused about for a while. Everyone says stretch, stretch, stretch before working out. They fail to say that static stretching is actually not good before work outs. I have noticed in the weight room and running that I am weaker when doing heavy static stretches first. I wish more people would understand this point. I like to do progressive stretches before working out. Static stretches afterwards. It has worked great and kept me injury free so far!
