Masters Swim Team

Masters Swim Team is a national organization that provides organized workouts, competitions, clinics, and workshops for adults aged 18 and over. The team practices on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-7pm and Fridays from 6-7am. Drop in practices are $5 each or academic memberships are available from $50-140.

Kool 2B Fit Kids Camps

Kool 2B Fit Kids Camps are held during February and April school vacations for kids ages 6-12. These camps offers youth the chance to engage in a diverse selection of fitness activities, from group games, swimming, and ice skating to snowshoeing, aerobics classes, and indoor rock climbing.

Kayak Clinics

Kayak clinics are available every Wednesday night from 9-11pm at the Field House Indoor Pool. Learn to enter, exit, roll and other kayak skills. $5 per class, or $20 or 5 classes.

Cardiac Rehabilitation and Prevention Program

The Cardiac Rehabilitation and Prevention Program is an exercise program for cardiac patients. It is for anyone with coronary artery disease (CAD) or CAD risk factors who wishes to improve overall health and well-being. Exercise testing and prescriptions are developed and monitored according to an individual’s needs and goals. Each session costs $5.

American Red Cross CPR / First Aid Classes

American Red Cross CPR and First Aid Classes are available to all for a fee. Harvard Pilgim Health Care subscribers can use their health education reimbursement benefit to pay for the classes.

Mental Health Consultation & Outreach Services

The Counseling Center attempts to meet the emotional and mental health needs of the campus community by reaching out to those who may not seek counseling services. Our Consultation and Outreach activities include educational programs and classes, committee participation, and clinical consultation. Staff members are available to consult with faculty, staff, parents, or students who may be concerned about a student.

Health Education Reimbursement Program

As part of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care's Wellness Connection, subscribers are eligible for up to $200 per year in reimbursements for participating in approved health education classes in areas such as nutrition, weight  loss, tobacco cessation, fitness, stress management, and others.
