Employee Fitness Center

The UNH Employee Fitness Center is housed in the Field House overlooking the main gym floor on the UNH-Durham campus and is approximately 3,600 square feet in size.  A wide variety of state-of-the-art aerobic, strength, balance exercise training equipment is available. The Employee Fitness Center is open and free to all employees! During the academic year, the Center is open Monday through Friday from 6-8 a.m. and 11 a.m.- 6:30 p.m. During the summer, the Center is open M-W-F 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

Peripheral Artery Disease Exercise Prgoram

The Peripheral Artery Disease Exercise Program is for individuals with a clinical diagnosis of peripheral artery disease (PAD). It is for anyone with this condition who wishes to improve overall health and well-being through exercise and education about lifestyle modification for the improvement of symptoms usually felt with normal activities of daily living. Exercise testing and prescriptions are developed and monitored according to a research-proven PAD exercise protocol and the individual’s needs and goals.

Mental Health Consultation & Outreach Services

The Counseling Center attempts to meet the emotional and mental health needs of the campus community by reaching out to those who may not seek counseling services. Our Consultation and Outreach activities include educational programs and classes, committee participation, and clinical consultation. Staff members are available to consult with faculty, staff, parents, or students who may be concerned about a student.
