Focus on Fitness

Focus on Fitness is a fitness center that offers personal training, massage therapy, cardio and strength training, tanning facilities, and steam rooms.  Childcare facilities are offered to members.  

Executive Health & Sports Center

Executive Health & Sports Center is a fitness complex that includes fitness and cardio equipment, racquetball, tennis, and basketball courts,  indoor and outdoor pool, and indoor track.  It also offers a variety of amenities: exercise classes, cafe, spa, saunas and steam rooms, and gold simulator.  Professional childcare is also available to members. 

Cat Cycles

Borrow a bike from University Transportation Services, for 1 week to ride around campus or beyond!  

How To Access:

To sign up for a Cat Cycle, go to the UNH Visitor Information Center, on Mast Road (near Lot A). Bring your  ID and fill out the registration form.

Campus Connector

Get around campus easily with the Campus Connector bus system. The Campus Connector runs regularly, and is free for students and employees with IDs. 

How To Access:

Check the bus schedule and your nearest bus stop, arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled bus time, andmake sure to bring your ID!

Insect Repellents

Insect Repellents is a resource that describes all the different repellents such as, DEET, Picaridin, Oil of lemon Eucalyptus, Citionella, 2-Undecanone, IR3535, and other repellents that help protect you from mosquitoes, gnats, punkies, no-see-ums, ticks, and other insects.

Women's Health Services

Clinical Services include annual examinations, diagnosis and treatment of abnormal pap smears, testing and treatment of sexually transmitted infections, pregnancy testing and counseling, contraceptive services, and limited sexual assault services. Women's health counseling is also provided. Health Services also offers education, a resource library and online resources. Education/information are free to the UNH community. Counseling is available to students who have paid the health fee, at no additional cost. There is a fee for students who have not paid the health fee.

Wellness Counseling and Education

Wellness educators/counselors are available to discuss personal wellness, which may include topics such as physical, social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, intellectual, occupational, and financial wellness. Education, a resource library, and online resources also are available. Education/information are free to UNH Community. Counseling is available to students who have paid the health fee, at no additional cost.
