Allergy Services

Allergy shots and routine immunizations are available to faculty, staff, and students and all employees for a fee.  Health Services will bill insurance.  The remaining cost is the responsibility of the patient. Students must bring their orders and serum to the first appointment and may store their serum at Health Services.

The UNH Speech-Language-Hearing Center provides evaluation and treatment to individuals of all ages who demonstrate a variety of communication concerns and differences.

Family Connections Center

The mission of the Family Connections Center is to strengthen the connection between incarcerated parents and their families while facilitating ties to their community through education and support.  Over the past 12 years, the FCCs' offerings have included parenting education classes, weekly parenting support groups, one‐on‐one virtual/video visits between incarcerated mothers or fathers and their children, life skills seminars, relationship and communications course for couples, and much more.

The Marriage and Family Therapy Center provides assistance to individuals, couples, and families experiencing a wide range of personal or relationship problems.The Center uses a sliding fee scale.Counseling is available to faculty, staff, adjunct employees, students and community members.

Identifying Students at Risk: An Online Training Simulation for Faculty, Staff, and Students

Kognito is a online, interactive, gatekeeper training program to help all faculty and staff identify at risk students ( for depression,anxiety and harm to self and others) as well as to help students identify their peers who are at risk for these same mental health issues. Two particularly at risk student groups,LGBT and Veterans , are the focus of two of the trainings.

Flu Clinic

Each year, the seasonal flu makes its way to campus resulting in missed days of work and classes. This virus spreads rapidly among students because of close living conditions, lowered resistance, stress, etc., and campus communities have the potential to face significant epidemics each winter.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) states that the seasonal flu vaccine is the single most effective method for preventing the seasonal flu.

Peripheral Artery Disease Exercise Prgoram

The Peripheral Artery Disease Exercise Program is for individuals with a clinical diagnosis of peripheral artery disease (PAD).It is for anyone with this condition who wishes to improve overall health and well-being through exercise and education about lifestyle modification for the improvement of symptoms usually felt with normal activities of daily living.Exercise testing and prescriptions are developed and monitored according to a research-proven PAD exercise protocol and the individual’s needs and goals.The initial program costs $180 for pre- and post-exercise fitness testing and 18 sup

UNH Community Testing Program

The Exercise Science program offers Community Testing services conducted by faculty and graduate Laboratory.Some of the fee-for-assessment evaluations include blood lipid analysis, body composition analysis, submaximal and maximal graded exercise tests, and anaerobic threshold (lactic acid) testing.A complete list of services and prices are listed on the website.Student and group rates are available.
