Cardiac Rehabilitation Program

The Cardiac Rehabilitation Program is an exercise program for patients diagnosed with cardiovascular disease (CVD). It is for anyone who has suffered a cardiovascular event (heart attack, stroke, angina, etc.) or undergone a cardiovascular procedure (stent, bypass surgery, valve repair/replacement, etc.) who wishes to improve overall health and well-being. Exercise testing and prescriptions are developed and monitored according to an individual’s needs and goals. Each session costs $5.

How To Access:
