Physical activity. If you’re as busy as me, the thought alone
can be daunting, bringing on feelings of guilt and stress. Managing your time
gets hard in college, especially if you’re still adjusting as a freshman or a
transfer student. Exercise for 60 minutes each day? You can’t even finish your
homework. How the heck are you going to fit an entire hour of physical activity
in there? And frankly, sweating it out at the gym in front of all the other
gym-goers doesn’t seem very tempting to many of us. However, exercise really is
important.
