Homecoming weekend is right around the corner, which means fall weather, school spirit, a football game, and of course a 5k road race to start it all off! October 5th -11th is National Mental Health Awareness week. The National Alliance on Mental Health (NAMI) begins the week with an annual walk in Concord to raise awareness about mental health right in New Hampshire. “Each year we fight stigma, provide support, educate the public and advocate for equal care.
