With the hot summer weather upon us, Healthy UNH reminds you to rethink your drink this month! Sugar-sweetened beverages such as regular soda, add about 150 empty calories for every twelve ounce serving. For more tips on how to rethink your drink this month check out this blog post.
Wildcat Workout Project
Looking for a new way to exercise this summer? Wildcat Workout Project is continuing through the summer. UNH employees can take advantage of fitness classes led by coaches and fitness professionals from UNH Athletics. This pilot program is a series of 45-60 minute classes that will raise your heart rate, make you sweat, and still get you back to your desk on time.
