Registration is not required for drop-in activities, which take place in Health & Wellness or Thrive, the Health & Wellness Satellite Office, located in Room 249 at the Hamel Recreation Center.

Fierce & Fabulous Expo In addition to awesome activities and door prizes, student organizations and local businesses will be there to offer you information to connect you with your community. Body Monologues UNH students and staff create and perform stories of resiliency and self-love. Stories are meant to inspire and educate the audience about the internal struggle with body image and eating concerns.

Great American Smokeout Smokers across the nation take part in the American Cancer Society Great American Smokeout event. Encourage someone you know to use the date to make a plan to quit, or plan in advance and then quit smoking that day. By quitting – even for 1 day – smokers will be taking an important step toward a healthier life and reducing their cancer risk. 11/26 TBD TBD
