The Health Services Laboratory offers many standard diagnostic laboratory tests which are either performed on-site or are forwarded to an accredited reference lab.

What do I do if I need lab work?

A lab order request from a medical provider is required for all laboratory procedures. Tests may be ordered by a Health Services practitioner, or by a patient's referring practitioner.

What do I do if I have a lab order from an outside practitioner?

You will need to bring the lab order with you to Health Services and present it to our front registration desk staff. Our laboratory staff will send the test results to your ordering practitioner. Be sure to have the correct address, phone number and fax number with you.

Health Services will accept laboratory orders from a medical provider, not on staff at Health Services.

Laboratory orders can be faxed directly by the medical provider’s office to (603) 862-4259 or the student can bring the orders directly to Health Services.

Any laboratory orders must have the medical providers name, mailing address, telephone and fax numbers on the paperwork.

In order to have laboratory testing done at Health Services, a student must first make an appointment with a Health Services nurse either by phone calling (603) 862-2856, or by walking in. If the laboratory order has not been faxed the student must bring the order to the nurse appointment.

Please allow at least five business days for testing to be completed and results to be faxed to the ordering medical provider before making any needed follow-up appointments.
