How we approach our work with students:
Compassion and acceptance are very important in Judy's work. Judy is an excellent listener and sees students holistically. She attempts to explore many facets that may be affecting your wellness. Judy is very supportive, she has an individualized approach and she encourages students to set their own goals. Judy believes in the strength of connection to others in similar circumstances and will attempt to connect students to achieve this when applicable.
Why students want to see us:
You have a chronic illness and you'd like additional support. You would like help with anger management. You are having trouble with academics related to illness. You are interested in facilitating or being a member of a peer led support group.

Little known facts about us:
I was a spelunker in college. I love watching and identifying birds.
How we take care of ourselves:
I really enjoy listening to quiet music, spending time with friends, being at the Cape and playing with my dog ( Cody). I adore my two sons, Kevin and Scott. I also enjoy hockey games (youth, college and professional). College hockey is my favorite.
