Sexual Safety
- If you are going to be sexually active, have sober sex.
- Got consent? Make sure both partner have it and can give it soberly.
- Use condoms and/or dental dams. Free condoms may be obtained from Health Services.
- Even if you and your partner use another birth control method, you still need to use condoms to reduce the risk of sexually transmitted infections
- If your condom breaks back-up your protection with emergency contraception (EC). EC is sold at the Health Services Pharmacy for $25. You do not need a prescription. EC is good to have on hand with you in case you are traveling and need backup protection.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before our scheduled closing time when requesting emergency contraception at the Pharmacy.
