Wellness Educators/Counselors are available to address a variety of health topics through education, counseling and support. The following individual education/counseling services are available to current UNH students who have paid the Health Fee:

Other Wellness Services
In addition to individual counseling/education, we offer many other great services that assist UNH students with being well and achieving academic success while at UNH!
- We provide confidential HIV counseling and testing
- We offer traditional and hot stone massage therapy to students, faculty and staff at a discounted rate
- As part of our holistic approach to health we offer individual and group meditation sessions and free yoga classes to students
- We put our Reflections for Mind, Body, Spirit meditations online for easy download
- We offer light therapy for Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D.)
- We offer biofeedback for stress management
- We provide individual Sleep Kits to help students sleep
- We provide individual Quit Kits to help students stop their use of tobacco products
- We offer Being Fierce and Fabulous, a women's empowerment group each semester
- We provide pedometers for students, faculty and staff to check-out and count their steps
