Physical Courage
Standing up for yourself, enduring hardships, and protecting loved ones
Moral Courage
Honoring your beliefs, recognizing and being sensitive to the beliefs and needs of others
Emotional Courage
The willingness and ability to recognize and express all of your human emotions; being emotionally available
Social Courage
Engaging in positive and healthy relationship with yourself and others, with an open mind and heart to people's differences
Creative Courage
Expressing yourself; discovering and sharing new ideas, beliefs, and feelings about yourself and the world around you
