At Health Services, we are committed to providing programs and services that support the health of men. We need your help in this important venture. We want to see you and hear from you. What are your health concerns? How may we better meet your health needs? Whatever your health need, there is someone at Health Services who can help.

Wellness Educators/Counselors and medical staff are available to talk with you about men's health issues.

What's New in Men's Health?

  • Men Do Yoga
Once thought of as a predominately female "thing" or "too new age," men are catching on to the benefits of yoga.
  • Men and Meditation
Meditation is a great tool for men to use to take care of their mind and their bodies.
  • Men: Are you Addicted to Exercise?
Exercising is a great way to take care of your body and relieve stress but are you getting too much of a good thing?
  • Male, Macho and Mad: Men and Anger
There's been much talk of men and anger. Are men angrier than women or do they just have a more blatant way of showing their anger? Is it healthier to just get the anger out?
  • What It Means To Be HuMan
Men's responsibility to fight against homophobia.
