Walk UNH – Pedometer Program

Walking is a great way to get exercise, manage stress and prevent chronic health problems later in life. Health Services has pedometers, information on walking and log/journals for you to track your progress.

 

Yoga

Yoga is a form of exercise based on the belief that the body and the breath are intimately connected with the mind. Free yoga classes are offered for UNH students.
