- diabetic or other type of metabolic disease
- currently taking medication for asthma
- taking a medication which may compromise your immune system
- Crohn’s disease or other major intestinal disease
- spinal cord injury
- seizure disorder or epilepsy
- post transplant
- cancer
Health Services is conducting a clinic for students with chronic health conditions:
Day/Date: Wednesday, November 11, 2009
Time: 11:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Location: Health Services Conference Room, Second Floor
In order to obtain the vaccine at this time, you must make an appointment through HealthOnline on the Health Services Web page: http://www.unh.edu/health-services/healthonline/
Health Services will be screening to verify that you are eligible to receive the vaccine at this time.
Please note there is only a small amount of the H1N1 vaccine available at this time to immunize students (17 - 24 years of age) with chronic health issues. Appointment slots for this clinic are limited. We are anticipating receiving additional vaccine for students (17 - 24 years of age) with chronic health conditions over the next several weeks. Please continue to check the Health Services web page for information on future clinics.
