Insurance and Billing at the Employee Clinic
UNH Health Services is a participating (in-network) provider with Harvard Pilgrim Health Care (HPHC), all Anthem plans (except for HMO) and Cigna. Other insurance plans are able to be billed.
The co-pay for UNH HPHC members is $10, for other insurance/plan co-payments please refer to your ID card or call your insurance carrier.
If services are not covered by insurance or you don't have insurance, you can pay with cash, check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard), or Cat's Cache
