Fresh Fruit Dip

several servings
prep time: 3 minutes
- 2 TBS. brown sugar
- 8 oz. sour cream (low fat)
- fresh fruit (watermelon, strawberries, banana, pineapple, apple, pears - it's up to you.)
- Blend sugar and sour cream in a small bowl.
- Wash and slice fruit; dip into the dip and enjoy!
Variations:
Add granola for crunch.
Add vanilla extract, strawberry extract, or any flavor you like to the sugar/sour cream mixture.
