Fresh Fruit Dip

several servings
prep time: 3 minutes

  • 2 TBS. brown sugar
  • 8 oz. sour cream (low fat)
  • fresh fruit (watermelon, strawberries, banana, pineapple, apple, pears - it's up to you.)
  1. Blend sugar and sour cream in a small bowl.
  2. Wash and slice fruit; dip into the dip and enjoy!

Add granola for crunch.
Add vanilla extract, strawberry extract, or any flavor you like to the sugar/sour cream mixture.
