Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries



Makes about a dozen strawberries
prep time: 10 minutes

  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries
  1. Put chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and cook at medium heat for 4 minutes. Stir to finish melting.
  2. Wash strawberries and dry gently. Hold by the leaves, and dip each berry in the melted chocolate.
  3. Put on wax paper and let chocolate re-solidify (about a half hour.)
