Linguine Tuna Salad

- 1 pkg. (~7 oz.) linguine, broken in half, cooked and drained
- 1/2 cup lemon or lime juice (fresh or bottled)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 can (12 1.2 oz.) tuna, drained (or 2 small 6 oz. cans)
- 1 pkg. (~10 oz.) frozen green peas, thawed
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- In a large bowl, combine lemon or lime juice, oil, onions, and
seasonings; mix well.
- Add hot linguine; toss.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Chill.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
Variations:
Use any kind of pasta that you like.
