Instead of Meat...

Consider substituting beans, eggs, and yogurt for some or all of the meat in your diet. It's better for you and for the Earth. Producing the protein in one pound of beef
...requires up to 2500 gallons of water
...emits polluting gasses equal to a 25-mile car drive
...uses 11 times more fuel than producing a pound of soybean protein
