Suzanne Sonneborn, R.D., L.D.
Suzanne received her B.S. in Dietetics from
the University of New Hampshire. She then
completed a dietetic internship at Yale-New
Haven. As a Registered Dietitian, Suzanne has
managed her own private practice, worked
in hospital dietetics, consulted at a sports
medicine clinic and a well-child clinic, and
also volunteered in school nutrition programs. Currently, she is a
nutrition educator at the Office of Health Education & Promotion,
Health Services at the University of New Hampshire. She resides in
Rye, NH with her husband and four children.
Cynthia Harriman
Cynthia is a food coach in Portsmouth, NH,
where she teaches nutrition and cooking
classes. She is the mother of two recent college
grads who taught her a lot about the appetites
and creative cooking skills of students.
A graduate of Brown University, Cynthia has
had a varied career - as an elementary-school
teacher, founder of The Summer Computer Institute, and VP of
New Product Design for a manufacturing company - before deciding
to dedicate herself to helping others eat well. She is the author
of four previous books and numerous national magazine articles.
