Student Feedback/Quality Improvement

Our executive director and the staff of Health Services are actively committed to providing only the highest quality care and services for our University. We accomplish this through an active Quality Improvement (QI) Program that is focused on meeting and exceeding the requirements and expectations of our patients, clients, staff and visitors.

Our Quality Improvement Coordinator, Dennis Dupuis, is our patient representative and, as such, works directly with our patients, clients, students and staff in resolving issues and conveying compliments. If you ever have a compliment, concern, or suggestion, please take the time to share this with us via one of our comment forms located throughout the building.
