- Confirmation or cancellation of an appointment

- Mutually agreed upon follow-up with a health provider

Are e-mails confidential?
Health Services staff considers confidentiality of primary concern, but we cannot guarantee confidentiality
of e-mail, even though we have reasonable safeguards in place.

Who responds to my e-mail?
Whoever is the most appropriate person. You should be aware that an e-mail from you may be forwarded to another staff member within the building for a response, if appropriate.
What is not shared over e-mail?
Information related to substance abuse, HIV, mental health issues, pregnancy and sexually transmitted disease test results, among other things.
When can I expect a response to an e-mail I send to Health Services?
You may expect a response to your e-mail message within two business days (not including weekends). Please call if you haven’t heard from us within this time.
