    The campus resources listed here are available to provide assistance to anyone looking for support and help for an eating concern. An eating concern can significantly impact an individual's health and well-being. We encourage those who are struggling with an eating concern to seek assistance.
  • Eating Concerns Mentoring Program (ECMP)
    Eating Concerns Mentors (ECMs) are UNH students who are trained to provide their peers with support and information regarding eating concerns, disordered eating, and body image struggles.

  • Resource Library
    The Health Services library has an extensive collection of materials, available for check out, on Eating Concerns Resources, body image, self-esteem and nutrition. The library is open to the UNH Community.

    This is an online resources that includes educational materials for parents.
