Making & Cancelling Appointments


Telephone Appointment Scheduling


Primary Medical Care (illness or injury)

Call this number to speak with a Triage Nurse if you are ill or injured, or have questions about health issues.

Women’s Health Care and Routine Care
(603) 862-1806

Call this number for women’s health or an appointment not related to illness or injury (routine physical exam, travel clinic, prescription refills, immunizations, etc.).

Wellness Education/Counseling and Services
(603) 862-3823

Call this number to make an appointment to speak with a wellness educator/counselor, use the light therapy, biofeedback machines or schedule a massage through the Office of Health Education and Promotion.

Once you have an appointment you will be sent an e-mail reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment. You may also check to see when you appointment is by visiting HealthOnline
You can get a text message reminder two hours before your appointments at Health Services.  Just provide your mobile phone number and service provider (carrier) to sign-up for this service when you schedule an appointment by phone, in-person or online.
Please check-in for your appointment on time. If you are late you may be asked to reschedule.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
You are responsible for keeping appointments that you schedule at Health Services.  If you cannot keep an appointment due to a change in plans, please call and  cancel your appointment at least 30 minutes (24 hours for massage therapy) prior to your scheduled time.  Failure to cancel an appointment could result in you being charged for your missed appointment.  The courtesy of calling to cancel your appointment will allow our staff to schedule another student in your place.  It will also assist us in our efforts to keep your health fee at the lowest possible level. Thank you.
