How to Cancel an Appointment

How to Cancel an Appointment If you are unable to, or choose not to keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that another patient/client can be seen at that time.

You may cancel an appointment by:

  • Cancellation Line
Call (603) 862-1216 and follow the instructions. This is a message-only line and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • HealthOnline
Visit HealthOnline and follow the prompts to cancel your appointment. This is a secure online site where you can cancel appointments 2 hours in advance.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
You are responsible for keeping appointments that you schedule at Health Services.  If you cannot keep an appointment due to a change in plans, please call and  cancel your appointment at least one hour prior to your scheduled time.  If you have a 45 minute clinical appointment you must cancel by 4:00 p.m. the day before, or 24 hours before a massage therapy appointment. Failure to cancel an appointment will result in your being charged for your missed appointment.  The courtesy of calling to cancel your appointment will allow our staff to schedule another student in your place.  It will also assist us in our efforts to keep your health fee at the lowest possible level. Thank you.
