The Spring 2017 NH International Seminar series on Migrations, Labor, & Natural Resources is a continuation of the Fall 2016 series on Migrations: Soldiers, Merchants & Refugees. The Center for International Education and Globabl Engagement is pleased to offer these free lectures by professors from the University of Pittsburgh and UNH.

In February, Nicole Constable, a professor of anthropology from the University of Pittsburgh, presented her perspective of labor migrations in Asia. In mid-March, UNH Professor Mary Malone, from the department of political science spoke about violence and migration in Central America; read more about Professor Malone's presentation. Then join us in April when UNH Professor Shadi Atallah, also from the department of political science, discusses the bio-economics of shade-grown coffee.
