Access and Affordability 

Our top priority is to raise new funds for need-based and merit scholarships so that all qualified students who want to attend UNH can do so and graduate without incurring crippling debt. This priority reflects our commitments to serving New Hampshire students and fostering academic excellence.

Program Support

Our second priority is to develop and support opportunities that complement the outstanding UNH classroom experience and prepare students for long and successful careers. These include valuable internships, strong advising and mentoring, research or work experience, study abroad and other related programs. 

Intellectual Enterprise  

Every day, UNH faculty and students pursue innovative solutions to the grand challenges of today. In keeping with our mission as a public research university, we want to support even more high-impact outreach and research that improves lives at home and around the world. Research excellence also attracts talent and funding to our campuses and to the state.

Faculty Excellence

Our outstanding faculty is at the core of our success as a national public research university. We must continue to invest in recruiting top scholars and supporting their remarkable work with endowed chairs and other resources. A strong faculty attracts high-caliber students and productive partnerships to UNH and to the state.  

Infrastructure

We strive to be good stewards of the campuses, buildings, classrooms and other spaces made possible by previous generations and to provide our students and faculty with high-quality facilities for teaching, research and engaging in UNH's 360-degree university experience.
