Dan Madnick

This will be my fourth year on the team. I have been an active member since enrolling in UNH. One of the main reasons I came to UNH was the Formula SAE program. I liked how an underclassman could join the team and actually contribute in a positive way. During my underclassmen years, I worked on the Aerodynamics, Frame, and Controls subgroups, helping to design and build the car body for the 07 and 08 years, helped design and build the frame in 08, and designed and manufactured the steering wheel for the 09 car.
I am confident in this year’s team and believe we have assembled the best one yet. We are currently creating a fun and exciting learning environment for any student, regardless of major or interests. The team has planned many public events, as well as, team trips.
When not at school I work on my Custom built Mercury Mystique, which I have been working on since my senior year in high school. I enjoy the sport of Lacrosse, which I played while in high school, and for the UNH Men’s Club team during my freshmen and sophomore years of college.
