| NICHD has funded study of men who experienced physical aggression from
their girlfriends, wives, or female partners. The study is intended
to provide information that can help male victims cope with their
situation and information that can provide a basis for programs that
will reduce the occurrence of this type of partner violence.
The principle investigators are Denise Hines of Clark University
(DHines@clarku.edu) and
Emily Douglas of Bridgewater State College in Massachusetts (Emily.Douglas@bridgew.edu).
"Researchers at Clark University and Bridgewater State University are conducting a study on men who experienced aggression from their girlfriends, wives, or female partners.
