Friday 11 January:
Four events will be held on Friday afternoon - ME-14, WE-14, MS-10 and WS-10. The close of check in will be at 3:45PM EST with the competitions to begin at 4:00PM. Estimated time of completion based on previous years numbers - 8:00PM.
Saturday 12 January
The following 8 events will be run: ME-12, WE-12, MF-14, MF-10, WF-14, WF-10, MS-12, and WS-12. The check in times will be determined by the number of entries. The first check in time will be 8:00 AM and the last will be no later than 3:00PM. Estimated time of completion based on previous years numbers - 7:00PM.
Sunday 13 January
The remaining 6 events will be run: ME-10, WE-10, MF-12, WF-12, MS-14, and WS-14. The check in times will be determined by the number of entries. The first check in time will be 8:00 AM and the last will be no later than 2:00 noon. Estimated time of completion based on previous years numbers - 4:30PM.
The format for the tournament is 1 round of pools, 100% promoted to direct elimination.
The tournament will be held in the Whittemore Center. When you arrive, there will be a table in the front lobby where you can drop off your food order form, ask any questions you may have and visit the t-shirt sales and concessions. The upstairs of the Whittemore Center is where fencing will take place.
