Friends of UNH Fencing

Friends of UNH Fencing (FUNHF) is a new sublet of our club consisting of UNH Fencing Alumni, fencing parents and friends, and other community members who want to help UNH Fencing thrive.

For a club with 43 dues-paying members, there's a lot of expensive fencing equipment to be spread around, as well as many tournaments to be registered for.  FUNHF is an opportunity for fencing enthusiasts to financially assist the UNH Fencing Team.  In return, we will provide you with a quarterly newsletter that will update you on the happenings of our club, an annual alumni tournament to be held in March, and some little goodies. 

We would really appreciate the support of any person that feels that UNH Fencing is beneficial to our students.  And don't think that the benefits stop at working off that "Freshman 15" or at the great stress relief it provides.  Not only does our team keep our members healthy, but it gives them a chance to have fun and meet great people aside from the "typical" college activities.  In other words, we're staying out of trouble!  We're also learning to be leaders, team players, and people who stretch our limits beyond what we thought was possible.  And it doesn't stop there!  UNH Fencing also does demonstrations for our University as well as local schools, the Girl Scouts, and other community organizations.  We hope that our community outreach will involve other young people in this valuable sport.  Please support our fantastic club!
