The Lock Shop maintains all doors and locks on the UNH campus as well as outlying buildings. From high security to file cabinet locks, hinges to door closers, the Lock Shop handles it all. In addition, they also facilitate door and frame replacements.

Who do I call when I'm locked out?
Offices: If you are locked out of your office, please first contact someone in your department if there is no one available, during regular business hours, call the Facilities Call Center at 603-862-1437. After hours, nights or weekends, call UNH Security at 603-862-1427. You must wait by your office and provide identification once your door is unlocked. Neither the Police nor Security will allow access into an office other than your own.
Dorm and Apartment Lockouts: Contact the Key Desk located in Stoke Hall, Devine Hall, Christensen Hall, Gables B Building, Woodsides Community Building, and the Forest Park Office. If the Key Desk is closed OR you are not properly dressed, contact the Call Center, 603-862-1437. You must wait by your room and provide identification once your door is unlocked. If you are a Gables resident contact the on-duty apartment manager. The Police or Security cannot unlock your room door but can unlock your apartment. Neither Police nor Security will allow access to a room other than your own. If an alarm clock is going off in a vacant room, if you leave property in a room that is locked or to access a lounge notify your hall/apt staff, to call the Call Center. Access cards only allow you to stay in a room after hours. It does not allow you to gain access to a room which is locked.

Students - Contact your Hall Director or Building Manager.
Employees - Complete the Key Form and submit to the Lock Shop, 6 Leavitt Lane or Contact the Facilities Lock Shop, 603-608-9195.
