Facility Small Projects Construction Team (FSPCT)
The Facility Small Project Construction Team (FSPCT) provides professional construction services for the University of New Hampshire under the direction of the Facility Project Management Team (FPM).
The Facility Small Project Construction Team (FSPCT) consists of carpenters, plumbers, painters, electricians and laborers, all skilled in the execution of University construction projects. FSPCT’s attention to detail and skillful execution 
ensures a successful project outcome that meets project goals, and ensures compliance with state and federal laws, and University Construction Standards and policies.
Obtaining Facility Small Project Construction Team (FSPCT) Services:
To request construction services send an email to facilities.support.center@center.unh.edu and cc Mike Mason Mike.Mason@unh.edu with the following information: contact name, building location and project description. FSPCT will be teamed with a Project Manager. The Project Manager will contact you to begin your planning and construction project.
