Construction Notes:Work began the Monday after Commencement, May 21, 2007.Main Street will remain open during construction - but will be undergoing complete reconstruction. Significant traffic delays, disruptions and temporary detours should be expected. The project will also result in increased dust, noise, and construction vehicle activity throughout the summer. There should be no significant utility outages. Travelers should make all efforts to find alternative routes. UNH Departments and Programs should review directions given to visitors and encourage parking and travel away from the Main Street corridor. UNH Wildcat Transit service will continue to operate on the route but may need to relocate bus stops. |
