Register for the ESL Institute
Registration Form
To register for the ESL Institute students should download and complete the .pdf version of our 2009 - 2010 Registration Form.
The Registration Form can be sent to us by email, traditional mail, or fax. Please include a photocopy or scanned copy of your passport along with your registration. Students will need to provide proof of certain immunizations after they have registered.

By Mail
Complete, then print out and mail the Registration Form to:

Fax completed copies of the Registration Form to 1-603-862-3563.
Forms of Payment
Tuition, room and board, and all fees must be paid upon registration. Payment may be made by
- check (drawn from a bank with a branch in the U.S.) or international money order in U.S. dollars (payable to University of New Hampshire)
- VISA, MasterCard
- company purchase order (include with registration form)
- bank transfer (write esl@unh.edu to ask for instructions)
Refund Policy
Tuition Refunds
To receive a refund on tuition and fees, written cancellation must be received at least one day before the session begins. Application fees are not refundable.
Room and Meals Refunds
To receive a refund for your room and meals, please send us your cancellation, in writing, at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival.
There is a $20 charge for refunds by bank transfer.
There are no refunds for nights not stayed or meals not eaten.
