From the Durham Town Hall, get on Rt. 108 north (this initial section will be Newmarket Road). At the stoplight, take a right to continue on Rt. 108 north. Get on Rt. 4 east toward Portsmouth, NH. This will join the Spaulding Turnpike (Rt. 16) south. Take Exit 1 off the Spaulding Turnpike for entrance to the Pease International Tradeport. Take a right at the end of the exit ramp. You have just entered the Tradeport on Pease Boulevard.

Follow Pease Boulevard straight through the first set of lights. At the first stop sign, take a left onto New Hampshire Avenue. Take the third right off New Hampshire Avenue onto Newfields Street. Follow Newfields Street to its end at Rochester Avenue. Continuing from Newfields Street straight across Rochester Avenue will lead you up a driveway to the BBC Site 32 research site.
