- Coordinating a new partnership between UNH, the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department, and the Wildlife Management Institute in a comprehensive effort to restore critical young forest wildlife habitat on private and public lands in NH.
- Partnering with UNH faculty and other state and private biologists to develop a grassroots habitat monitoring program that will encourage the long-term engagement of private landowners in habitat stewardship activities conducted on their land.
- Collaborating with UNH faculty and graduate students to incorporate the results of the UNH Vernal Pool Research Project within NH wetland policy and recommended best management practices for harvesting timber.
- Working to provide UNH undergraduates with opportunities to assist in developing Extension-based outreach materials aimed at educating the public about key natural resource issues pertinent in New Hampshire.
