Director of Marketing & Public Relations
- Serving as co-leader for UNH Manchester/NH Department of Transportation Warmth from the Millyard partnership. This project, initiated by the UNH Manchester Community Leadership program, is a model for social innovation and community engagement which are the foundations of UNH Manchester’s urban mission and the core of the Community Leadership program.
- Working as a collaborator with NH Public Radio’s Working it Out (WIO) project through which UNH Manchester students will explore and develop best practices in online public discourse with WIO as the model for capturing the conversation and identifying threads. The project will explore various models resulting in a specific action agenda, providing students with a real-world project experience, and investigating how the media provides new opportunities for engaged democracy and citizen initiatives.
- Collaborating with UNH Manchester faculty and community partners in the NHDOT and WIO initiatives to define the relationship between engaged scholarship and philanthropy, and how this is reflected in institutional policies, resource generation, allocation decisions, and accreditation measures to strengthen university/community partnerships through civic engagement.
