- Continuing to survey lodging industry executives about current and future conditions in the lodging industry as well as future room reservations and employment data.
- Conducting statistical analysis of the responses gathered from the lodging industry survey to determine the predictive capabilities of the survey in relation to GDP and other national databases.
- Working to develop a forecasting model based on the results of the statistical analysis that can become a monthly article that will continue to be published by Lodging Hospitality Magazine or another high quality, hospitality industry trade press vehicle.
