- Investigating the cognitive factors that help individuals justify an inflated sense of entitlement as well as the consequences of these entitlement perceptions.
- Developing an interdisciplinary study on the influence of schadenfreude (the experience of pleasure at another person's failures or problems) on workplace behaviors, particularly those targeting supervisors.
- Studying the extent to which employee reports of abusive supervision are a perception versus an objective assessment by employees.
