- Engaging with UNH partners (e.g., research faculty, extension faculty and personnel, graduate students, and undergraduate students), as well as with external partners (e.g., organic dairy stakeholders, universities, research institutions) to develop high-quality, competitive research and integrated (research and education/outreach) proposals.
- Developing a nationally and internationally recognized research program focused on organic dairy systems.
- Engaging graduate and undergraduate students on research focused on sustainable agriculture practices including grazing-based systems.
- Developing new courses to fit into the Sustainable Agriculture major curriculum.
