Current Students update

Hello new and returning grad students!

Please check out the Current Students page. There you can find short bios of students currently in our English graduate programs. This information is available so you can get to know everyone else. It's also a good way for you and prospective students to see the variety of directions each of us has taken in our grad school journeys at UNH.

It's the beginning of the year, so it's time to introduce new people and update everyone else. Please send a bio to mike.garcia@unh.edu by Monday, September 8. Updated bios from current students are needed by the same date (old ones will disappear).

Here are a few guidelines for your email:

• Please write in the third person.


• Please keep your bio somewhere between 100 and 200 words.


• Mention your degree program at UNH as well as your specific interests.


• List anything noteworthy about your academic career that you wish to share: your previous degrees; past awards, achievements, publications, presentations and so on; upcoming or in-progress thesis or dissertation projects; your teaching experience and any other work you do at the university.


• Tell us a little bit about your interests outside of school, as well as any past experiences that have helped to define your current plans and interests.


• Please attach a current photo to your email. It should be at least 200 x 200 pixels and should show your face clearly. If you don't have a photo, please mention this in your email and we'll arrange to have one taken.
