• Which people are historical stakeholders of this land?
• Who are the nearby landholders with a connection to the land?
• What is their connection to the land?
• Who are the current users of the land?
• What do they use the land for?

All of these questions interested the various members of our group. We chose to investigate three different aspects of the Samuel A. Tamposi Water Supply Reserve. We focused our energies on finding different groups of people to study in an effort to answer these questions.

We used several different methods of qualitative data collection to gather our data.
